I'm looking for a specific style of music for my event! What do you specialise in?
All good DJ's will have a decent knowledge of music across a variety of genres so they are able to please a diverse audience at every event. However, I'm sure every DJ will also have a particular genre of music that they are passionate about, for some it could be Techno or maybe a bit of Motown but for me - it's always been Old Skool RnB which some people would describe as 'Kisstory'. This is the style of music I played at The Slug & Lettuce, Colchester for the five years I was resident.
How do I know that your style of music will be right for the night?
I have now released two Old Skool RnB Mix Discs to give examples of the way I play and of course my mixing ability. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like a copy of them.
What sort of Old Skool music do you play? Everyone seems to have a different opinion of what Old Skool is?
There are two levels of Old Skool RnB that I'd generally play. The Commercial set (generally what's played on Kisstory) and of course the not so Commercial set - let me give you an example:
